a cotton thread 100% Mercerized Cotton Yarn Thread - Meterage: 308 yards(282 meters), Unit weight: 50 grams (1.76 ounces), green and beige colors. Also you'll need steel hook 10 USA = 4 UK (1.00 mm), fiberfill for stuffing, safety eyes, a sewing needle and a scissors, thin black thread for embroidering the eyes.
