Paypal wurde abgebucht interner Fehler Anleitungen noch im Warenkorb

Hallo, habe gestern Anleitungen mit PayPal gekauft . Von PayPal habe ich eine Bestätigungs mail bekommen das es bezahlt wurde . Die Anleitungen sind aber immer noch in meinem Warenkorb. Was kann ich machen ? Gruss B.Demski

Hallo Birgitt,
bitte schaue nochmal in deiner Downloadübersicht, ob sie mittlerweile da sind.
Wenn nein, könnte es sein, dass die Zahlung mit Paypal-Lastschrift gezahlt wurde? Dann dauert die Gutschrift länger, da Paypal erst das Geld von deinem Bankkonto einziehen muss.
