Hallo Petra,
ich würde das Bild erst auf dem Rechner nochmal neu abspeichern im richtigen Format.
Und dann die Anleitung selbst (die Seite der Anleitung hier) nochmal bearbeiten und das neue Bild dort neu hochladen (und somit das alte ersetzen).
Die Liste Deiner Anleitungen findest Du unter
Account > Meine Anleitungen .... und dann ganz rechts auf das Zahnrad neben der jeweiligen Anleitung
