Strickanleitung eine Größe kleiner rechnen

Hallo liebe Nutzer und Autoren 
Zuerst einmal: tolles Forum! 
Nun mein Anliegen: 
ich habe mir hier eine Strickanleitung heruntergeladen für eine Kinderjacke. Heute habe ich meinen Enkel ausgemessen und festgestellt dass 98/104 zu groß ist. Eine Nummer kleiner wäre mehr als ausreichend. 
Wie kann ich das Muster umrechnen? Vor allen Dingen die Zunahmen?

Liebe Tanja,
ich würde Dir empfehlen, die Autorin dieser Anleitung über den Kontaktbutton anzuschreiben. In der Regel bekommst Du schnell und professionell eine Antwort.
