um dir auf diese Frage antworten zu können, müsste man vielleicht den Zusammenhang wissen, in dem diese Angabe gemacht wurde.
Falls du einen Autor zu der Anleitung hast, würde ich dir raten, beim Autor nachzufragen.

Da siehst du, ob du den Schnitt in Originalgröße ausgedruckt hast. Wenn das Kästchen auf deinem Ausdruck auch 5 cm hat, dann ist alles richtig.

Wenn nach dem Ausdruck das Kästchen von Dir nachgemessen 5 cm hat ist alles in Ordnung. Ansonsten musst Du den Druck skalieren um auf die 5 cm zu kommen. Sonst passt der Schnitt hinterher nicht.
