Anleitung lässt sich nicht ausdrucken

Hallo- ich habe eine Anleitung gekauft, kann sie auch runterladen aber leider nicht drucken ( da ist alles nur schwarz ) Was mache ich da falsch?

Hallo,
ich würde dir empfehlen, die Autorin direkt anzusprechen. Gerade bei Problemen mit dem Druck sind die Autoren die besten Ansprechpartner, weil sie ihre Anleitungen am besten kennen.
Du kannst die Autorin über den Kontaktbutton in ihrem Profil anschreiben oder über die Kontaktinformationen, die in der Anleitung stehen.
