Have you downloaded the purchase? If so it must be an archive file. Double click on it. Select all files in opened window and extract them into any empty folder. The patterns are in pdf-files.
The instruction is also a separate file. If for some reason you do not have instructions, write me your e-mail and I will send the instructions to your e-mail.
For your convenience, each letter is a separate file and you can print it. Choose needed file and print it.
