Decorative Christmas Tree Pattern

The Pattern includes step-by-step instructions of how to crochet this ornament, tips and more than 40 photos of the processing (PDF file, 13 pages ). There are only 2 pages of written instructions and they are listed on page 2 (for those who prefer to print). It takes just over an hour to crochet one item. The pattern contains right handed instructions.

This tutorial is intended for those who already know how to crochet (basic skills: magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet stitch, increase, work in joined rounds). This pattern does not use decreases and explains how to crochet a special angled slst.

Finished size: approx. 7.5 cm /3 inches tall

1) Cotton yarn (50 gr/125 m; 1.76 oz/137 yds; FINE2/ Sport) in green, red and brown;
2) Metric Hook size: 2.25-2.5 mm (US 2 steel);
3) Polyester stuffing;
5) Scissors, locking stitch markers;
6) Tapestry needle, bead needle;
7) 2mm beads (4-6 gr, approx. 80 pcs)
8) A metal key ring with chain (approx. 6 cm /2.36 inches in length); or a thin decorative cord (approx. 14-16 cm/5.5-6 inches in length).
