  for 138cm fabric width:
  40cm fabric (one or two colors)
• interfacing, e.g. H180
  for a width of 90 cm:
  40 cm interlining
• sewing thread in matching colors

Utensils:

• a sewing machine needle suitable
  to the fabric thickness, e.g. 80 needle
• paper and fabric scissors
• ironing board and iron
• sewing machine
