And even Santa himself now always makes sure to have a pair of these adorable little booties at his house – as a special “packaging” for all these little Christmas treats and gifts for your loved ones.

Chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and front post stitches (photo tutorial included)

Gauge:
To get a reliable gauge for this project, it’ll be easiest to work one sole in the desired size as a test and then measure the length of it to see if it fits the standard measurements listed in the table below.

• Any type of yarn, (4 ply, 130 yds / 1.75 oz or 120 m/ 50g) in the colors red, white and dark brown
• Crochet hook D-3 (3.0 mm) and G-6/H-8 (4.5 mm)
• 5-10 safety pins and several stitch markers
• Threading needle to sew in the ends
• Sewing thread in dark brown and red, a small sewing needle and a pair of scissors
