The vest would be worked from the shoulder to the bottom as a top-down-project. At first the parts in stockinette stitch are worked each separatly, then the pieces are joined at the armholes.
You can change the color like you want.

Gauge:
24 sts und 34 R in st st = 10x10 cm [4 x 4 inches]
in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm [US 4] needles
