Materials:
Upper fabric, for 140cm fabric width:
100 m length of fabric for the tight skirt
and 130 cm length for the bell
(can be two different colors/patterns)
Vlieseline, e.g. H200 at a width of 45 cm: 30 cm length
a seam-covered zipper, 25cm length
sewing thread in matching colors
utensils:
pins
a sewing machine needle suitable to the fabric thickness, e.g. 80 needle
a presser foot for seam-covered zippers
a zipper presser foot (standard)
paper and fabric scissors
a ruler or tape measure
ironing board and iron
sewing machine
