Little gnome vampire - crochet pattern

Product description

Who is afraid of Dracula? Are you afraid of vampires or do you love them? I, for one, am quite fond of my "Vampire Gnome". I crocheted him in the colors black-red, but of course you can also take black-purple - he is simply to fear or love.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

If you want to crochet this gnome, you should master the most important stitches. I have made the instructions so that the individual steps and techniques are described in detail. To make it easier for you, I made a lot of pictures - I always need a lot of pictures, because crocheting is much easier for me that way. The crochet pattern is 9 pages long. Optionally, you can make the beard in black, but in gray it stands out perfectly.

You should master the following stitches and techniques:
slst = slip stitch
chst = chain stitch
sc = single crochet
dc = double crochet
st = stitch
tchst = turning chain stitch
spst = spike stitch
inc = increase (for this pattern, the technique „invisible increase“ is used; in general, you crochet 2 sc into 1 stitch)
dec = decrease (for this pattern, the technique „invisible decrease“ is used, in general you crochet 2 sc together)

Size Information

When I crochet, my works are rather compact. My vampire is about 19 cm tall. Note if you crochet looser or tighter or use a different wool size/crochet hook size that the size may vary.

Materials List

I love to crochet with acrylic yarn. It's soft but still compact, doesn't scratch and is hard for the crochet hook to pierce. The "Elisa-Easy" wool is also called school wool because the kids can work perfectly with it - and so can I.

For my gnome I took the following materials:
Tools:

Crochet hook 2,5 mm
Sewing needle
Scissors
Wool:
Easy, 100 % Polyacryl,
50 g, 125 m
Colors: Neongreen,
White, Red, Black,
Crochet-yarn white: 50 g,
280 m, 100 % cotton
Other material:
Cardboard, Polyfill,
Felting wool black/grey

Spider web:
Here I took a crochet yarn for filet crochet.
Color: White
Brand: Scherzer
Thickness: Crochet No. 10, 50 g = 280 m

If you crochet my "Little Gnome vampire", may I ask you to consider the following points:

  • Have fun re-crocheting, but do not share/copy these instructions with your friends.
  • You are also welcome to sell this gnome, but please include my name as the designer.
  • You are not allowed to make your own tutorials by copying parts of my tutorial.

Tolle Anleitung.
