Crochet pattern bookmark bookworm

With this pattern you can crochet 6 different bookworms. They can be combined as desired (accessories, body, colors, etc.), depending on your mood! The little bookworms will make the eyes of every little and big book addict shine!

The pattern is also suitable for beginners, because only basic crochet skills are needed.

It is divided into the following parts:

• materials needed
• techniques used (magic ring, slip stitch, chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, increase, decrease, color change)
• abbreviations
• explanation of the individual crocheted parts (head, body, accessories)
• Explanation of how the individual parts should be sewn together

The pattern contains a lot of pictures, which make the crocheting even easier.

The finished bookmark has a length of about 25 cm, when using the wool described in the pattern. The length can be adapted easily.

For the pattern you will need the following tools and additional materials:

• Crochet hook 2.5 mm
• scissors
• needle
• cotton wool
• optional teddy eyes 6 mm
• optional doll eyes 10 mm
• wire 3 mm diameter

Wool used
For the pattern Amigo wool from Hobbii was used (100% acrylic, 50 g per 175 m), any other wool in the thickness Light is of course just as suitable!

Colors used: Hunter Green, Verdigris, Dusty Green, Sunflower, Royal Blue, Black, White, Violet, Lavender, different colors for the stitches.
