Measurements of full blanket are: 32 inches width/ 37 inches height. Measurements of 1 square: width 11 inches-28cm / height 12,5 inches-32 cm The blanket is made with 9 textured squares. I made mine in different colors as follow: 3 squares in peach color, 1 square in yellow color, 3 squares in turquoise color, 2 squares in pale pink color.
Materials needed are :
Acrylic DK weight yarn for the applique-
I used Stylecraft Special DK yarn-100gr/322yds/295m
100% acrylic yarn in colors – white, grey, brown, green and black
3.5 mm / US- E size
Worsted weight yarn for the blanket itself- I used
Lionbrand Pound of love-454g/1020yds/932m 100% acryl in
colors pink, yellow, light blue, peach color and cream color for
border and joining- 100gr of each color
