Here I offer you the handicraft instructions for the door sign with name tag for boys or/and girls.

You can easily make the name tag with these instructions.

The templates include all the letters (including apostrophes and dots for umlauts) so that it can be customized for each name.

Furthermore, the blanket stitch and the lockstitch are explained in detail in two short instructions.

You will receive a PDF file with the templates and the PDF instructions, which have a total of 13 pages.

Required Knowledge:

• blanket stitch
• lockstitch (both explained in the instructions)

Size:

• The finished door sign is 10" inch / 27cm high and 12" inch / 32cm wide.

You need:

• felt, A4 or 8 1/2" x 11 size 1X White, 2X yellow, 1X dark blue (or dark pink for girls) 2 X light blue (or pink), 1 X brown, a small piece of black
• embroidery floss in matching colors
• light blue embroidery floss (for the clouds)
• scissors
• sewing needle
• filler cotton
• gift ribbon
• glue
• printer with A4 or letter paper
• pins (to fix the parts in place)
• thin crochet hook (for pulling ribbon through)
