The purse is knit flat on a circular needle while holding 2 strands of the yarn.
The purses sides are knit at the end.
The icord edging is added after the bag is assembled. The icord is knit using a single strand of yarn on the smaller needle (US 2 1⁄2).
The lining is attached at the end.
