MATERIALS AND TOOLS

• Steel Hook 2 mm (US steel hook – 4, UK steel hook - 2 ½).
• Hook 3.5 mm (US hook – E/4, UK hook – 9) or 4 mm (US hook – G/6, UK hook – 8) for the dress.
• 2 Knitting needles 5 mm for making skirt.
• 4 Knitting needles 4 mm for making top of the dress.
• Yarn (mouse) wool or Mohair 40 g (Light Fingering / 3 ply - 500 m per 100 g skein).
• Yarn Mohair for a dress 10 g (Lace / 2 ply - 250 m per 25 g skein).
• Small bead for a nose or you can embroider it.
• 2 plastic eyes for toys (or beads), approx. 12 mm.
• Fake eyelashes (stripe 8 cm).
• Long sewing needle for tightening.
• Stuffing: hollofiber or padding polyester.
• Wire - 100 cm single-core copper electrical wire 2 mm diameter. Do not use wire frame if the toy is for a small child.
• Plaster - adhesive-backed fabric tape 1-1.5 cm wide to work up the wire (the tape you use to cover wounds (first aid)).
• Some Fishing line for whiskers.
• Transparent super glue if fishing line is not very flexible.
