Buy this simple sewing pattern and clear tutorial with many photos, and you can sew stretchy fabric headband for women or men, and you can wear this super soft sport or everyday non slip headband wide or narrow.

To sew knitted fabric use straight stretch stitch, today many modern sewing machines have this stitch function.

If your sewing machine only have straight and zigzag stitches, use narrow three step zigzag stitch. Three step is three stitches from point to point.

You do not need a color printer to print sewing patterns, because all lines and marks of patterns are in black color.

Sewing pattern includes 12 sizes, with a head circumference range:

How to measure your head circumference:

Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ear, completely circling your head.

All patterns can be printed on both US Letter size paper and A4 size paper.

US Letter size paper: 8.5 x 11.0 inches (21,6 x 27,9 cm)
A4 size paper: 8.3 x 11.7 inches (21,0 x 29,7 cm)

To sew headband you need:

Scrap of stretch lightweight soft thin knitted fabric. Scrap size is 31 1/2 inches wide x 27 1/2 inches high (80 cm wide x 70 cm high). This scrap size is suitable for small to large size headbands.
