This is a step-by-step tutorial pattern for a hand crocheted Chrysanthemum – three-layered fringe flower, which can be used as a brooch (this flower brooch looks smart on a coat, jacket, dress, sweater, shawl, scarf, cardigan, hat, headband, handbag etc.) or a decoration.
