The pattern is written in US-terms, you should be familiar with basic stitches. This pattern uses mostly single crochet in the round, bodies are shaped with increases and decreases. You should also be familiar with double crochet, magic loop, slipstitches and chain stitches. Nose and hat will be sewn to body.
The pattern is available in two versions: One with photos for right-handers and one for left-handers with 27 pages each. In addition, there is a printer friendly version with no photos at all and only 14 pages. This one is for both left- and right-handers as the instructions are exactly the same for both
