Crochet Pattern for “Plüschtoni” the Frog
The Story Behind “Plüschtoni” (Plushtoni in English):
It all started with Toni, the sleep doll.
My son fell in love with him right away and took that very first Toni close to his heart—of course, he was never allowed to leave the house!
After “Toni the Second,” it was time for a very special, extra-cuddly version: Meet Plush Toni!
He’s the ideal companion for children ages 0 to about 12—from those first baby cuddles all the way to being a loyal source of comfort during school years.
In Photo 2, you can see the new Plüsch-Toni proudly standing alongside our beloved Toni 1.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you're crocheting the "Plüschtoni" for babies or toddlers, please do not use plastic safety eyes (choking hazard!). Instead, simply sew the eyes on with some black yarn.
For older children ages 3 and up, plastic safety eyes can be used.
Difficulty level: Easy to medium (basic knowledge of crocheting figures/amigurumi is sufficient).
Do you have questions about the instructions? No problem! You'll find all my contact information in the PDF.
Feel free to reach out anytime - I'll help make sure your project is a complete success!
Happy Crocheting!
