The bed can be sewn in 7 different sizes (XXS–XL). You can see the exact sizes in the product images.

• As the primary material for the dog bed, you can use fabrics such as fleece, wellness fleece, teddy fabric, plush, corduroy, faux leather, or canvas. The fabric should not be too thick; otherwise, sewing will become difficult.
• Filling material, which you can either purchase new or repurpose from old pillows. (Note: Filling wadding is available with various washing temperature ratings; some types are washable at 40°C, while others can withstand 95°C.) For the base, you can also use thick batting (volume fleece), or alternatively, a foam insert or memory foam. This is particularly recommended for larger dogs.
• 1 continuous zipper (3 cm wide), matching the length of pattern piece D. (The zipper slider should be attached before cutting the fabric. Tip: A laundry zipper—the kind typically used for bed linens—features a flatter slider; this is a better choice if the bed will be placed on delicate flooring.)
