I wanted to design a shawl large enough to keep my shoulders and back warm on cool summer evenings.
At the same time, it needed to be beautifully light and airy, matching the season.
The result is the "Summerlove" crochet shawl. It is a triangle shawl that is crocheted from side to side.
The shawl consists of two simple, repeating pattern rows, making it quick and easy to crochet. The special feature: the sides of the triangle shawl have different edge finishes.

For my triangular scarf, I used 1000 meters of the 3-ply yarn cake "Geheimnis" by MegaBobbel (50% cotton, 50% acrylic) and 3.0 mm crochet hook.
