To make this pattern, you need to know:

• *magic ring
• chain
• slip stitch
• single crochet
• half double crochet
• half double crochet back loop only
• double crochet
• double crochet back loop only
• three double crochet cluster
• treble crochet
• treble crochet back loop only
• picot stitch*

Finished Size:

The body of the bag: 24 x 24 cm/9.25 x 9.25”

Handles: 8.5 cm/3.5” wide

Each Square: 11 x 11 cm/4.25 x 4.25” AFTER BLOCKING

Materials needed:

• 3.75 mm (F) Hook
• Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/6 in the following shades and quantities:
Lemon-23: 1 skein (C1)
Teal-96: 1 skein (C2)
Black Currant-71: 2 skeins (C3)
Total: 4 skeins = 200 grams
Total yardage: approx. 460 yards / 420 metres
• Yarn needle for weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
