Nimrodel Sweater

Make a statement with this unique and feminine sweater and show everyone that a crocheted garment needn’t be boring.
The lacy stitch pattern of the sleeves and the simple main body pattern makes the Nimrodel Sweater a perfect addition to your handmade wardrobe.
The pattern is great for skilled crocheters who want to try something different and challenging.
It works up quick enough and works well with the suggested yarn in any color, but it can be made with color gradient yarn too. The possibilities are endless!

Difficulty: Intermediate/Advanced

To make this pattern, you need to know:

• chain
• slip stitch
• single crochet
• single crochet back loop only
• single crochet two together
• double crochet
• two treble cluster
• puff stitch

Size: S, M, L, XL, 2X

Measurements:

S: Bust: 81-86 cm; Length from shoulder: 57 cm
M: Bust: 91-96 cm; Length from shoulder: 58 cm
L: Bust: 102-107 cm; Length from shoulder: 59 cm
XL: Bust: 112-117 cm; Length from shoulder: 60 cm
2XL: Bust: 122-127 cm; Length from shoulder: 61 cm

Materials needed:

• 4 mm (G) size hook (I used Silver Metal Streamline by Furls)
• Friends Extra Fine Merino (Mulberry-55) by Hobbii in the following quantities:
9/10/12/14/15 balls
Total: 450/500/600/700/750 grams
Total yardage: approx. 1620/1800/2160/2520/2700 yards (1485/1650/1980/2310/2475 metres)
Alternatively, you can use any fingering weight yarn that matches gauge.
• Yarn needle for sewing and weaving in ends
• Scissors
• Stitch markers
• Tape measure
