Model "Cassie" – The Versatile Sweatshirt Jacket/Vest

The “Cassie” pattern is a sweatshirt jacket or vest with a hood. The jacket/vest is hip-length and can be sewn with various closures, such as button and buttonhole, snaps, or Velcro. It is beginner-friendly as it does not require zipper sewing. The jacket has a comfortable, relaxed fit.

You can optionally add pockets to the front. The long sleeves can be finished with a hem or cuffs. The hood can be sewn with or without lining.

For colder seasons, Alpenfleece or Nikkiplüsch are ideal fabric choices. For warmer months, it can be sewn from lightweight quilted jersey or medium-weight jersey fabrics. The unlined hood allows the fluffy backside of Alpenfleece to show, giving it a special look.
