The directions are missing vital steps. Please send a chart showing the number of chain stitches to start with. Also, what does circum mean?

Please could you provide the chart size to know the number of chains to start with and hook size, it is not provided in the pattern I bought.

Hello: I purchased this patter a couple years ago, from Etsy, or Craftsy, or Ravelry... I really can't remember. It does not state the size of yarn to use, or the size crochet hook. Could you please let me know the size of either the yarn or the hook. I tried making it a long time ago, and it turned out too small. Thanks for the help
