Yes there can be sleeves added, but there is no pattern for sleeves in the document.

Hallo, ja das geht auch. Habe schon ein paar kleine Westen in unserer Gruppe bewundern können. Dafür einfach an einem Kleidungsstück die Länge abmessen, oder beim Kind von der Schulter abwärts bis zur gewünschten Länge.
