The perfect racoon lovey
The pattern was easy to follow even for an adventurous beginner, despite the fact that I decided to substitute the fluffy polyester yarn for a doubled up merino wool yarn to reach the desired yarn thickness but it worked out perfectly and looks just as lovely as the original on the pictures. I enjoyed crocheting it and the little one especially appreciated the feet and tail when he first started teething and needed to chew on things. (To babyproof the racoon, I embroidered the nose and eyes.)
