Snowflakes "Lorelei" - Crochet patterns for two variants

Only three rounds are needed to conjure up the cleverly intertwined snowflakes "Lorelei". These snowflakes are an absolute eye-catcher and can be used for many occasions, for example....

• as tree, table or window decoration
• or you make it a snowflake chain or garland,
• of course wonderfully suitable as a gift tag on a package, or on a bottle, etc.
• as a keychain or bag dangler,
• as an application, e.g. on bags,
• decorative element on a chain
• enclosure in the Christmas mail
  etc.

The snowflakes have a diameter of approx. 9 cm to 13 cm (depending on the model and the yarn used)

• Yarn: Schachenmayr Catania, Yarn Weight: Sport - 5ply | Fine (2)
  your choice, some leftover yarn, approx. 5 or 6 grams per snowflake
• Yarn with Glitter: Fashion Cotton Metallise DK from Rico, Yarn Weight: DK
  your choice, some leftover yarn, approx. 6 or 7 grams per snowflake
• Crochet hook 2.5 mm for Catania or crochet hook 3.0 mm for Fashion Cotton Metallise
• Sewing needle (for sewing the ends of the thread)
