Pattern Halloween Gnome Mummy

With this pattern you can crochet a creepy mummy (gnome), and a pumpkin also wrapped in bandages.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

The pattern can be easily followed even by beginners.

It is divided into the following sections:

  • materials needed
  • techniques used
  • abbreviations
  • description of all parts of the gnome (body, hat, arms, nose, bandages)
  • description for crocheting the pumpkin (pumpkin body, stem) and how to make the spider
  • Information on how to sew the individual parts together to make a finished gnome.

The following techniques are used: magic ring, slip stitch, chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, increase, decrease, color change, crab stitches, sewing on parts.

The pattern includes many photos that make it easy to rework, especially attaching the bandages is described step by step with numerous photos.

Size Information

The finished mummy gnome has a hight of ca. 18 cm when using the wool described in the pattern.

Materials List

For the mummy you need the following tools:

  • Crochet hook 2.5 mm
  • scissors
  • embroidery needle
  • animal hair brush

Material needed:

  • the gnome was crocheted using Amigo wool from Hobbii (100% acrylic, 50 g per 175 m) in the colors Ecru, Walnut, Hunter Green, Light Peach, Cast Iron, Black, White, Sunflower, Bright Orange and Light Gray Melange. Any other wool in similar thickness (Light) is of course just as usable.
  • Polyfill
  • Thick cardboard
  • 1 black pipe cleaner

You may sell gnomes made with this pattern, as long as you have made them by yourself and mention me as designer of the pattern. You are not allowed to sell the pattern, further distribute it or publish it (also not parts of it).

Tolles Tuch
Die Anleitung ist wie immer ausführlich und gut geschrieben. Auch die Häkelschrift wieder 1 a. Lässt sich gut und leicht häkeln. Das Tuch ist im Endeffekt ein Traum.

Gute Anleitung
Das Tuch ist relativ leicht nachzuarbeiten. Ich habe das Garn Garninspirationen and more by Bianka (Facebook Gruppe) 4-fädiger Bobbel (50% Baumwolle, 50% Polyacryl) 1300 m Lauflänge (der gesamte Bobbel wurde verwendet) Farbe: Alaska Malibu verwendet. Es hat mir nicht ganz gereicht, so dass ich noch ein anderes dazu verwenden musste.

Sehr hübsch!
Der Schal ist wirklich sehr hübsch geworden. Ich hatte ein paar Startschwierigkeiten (aber die habe ich eigentlich immer), aber sobald ich den Bogen einmal raushatte, ging es sehr zügig von der Hand. Diesen Schal werde ich bestimmt noch einmal häkeln, aber mit einem anderen Garn (hatte jetzt cotton/acryl). Die Anleitung war wie immer hervorragend! Vielen Dank xx
