Bookmark ballerina - easy and fast from scraps of yarn

Bookmark Ballerina is quite easy and quick to crochet and a beautiful, fun accessory for all lovers of real books.

Level of difficulty: easy, also suitable for beginners with some practice

Required skills: (US term)
MR = Fadenring
SL = slip stitch
CH = chain stitch
SC = single crochet stitch
DC = double crochet
Connecting crochet pieces while crocheting

Size approx. 21 x 8 cm = 8.3 x 3.1 inches

Cotton yarn LL 125m-50g = 137yds-1.75oz / Sport 12 wpi / 5 ply / fine
for the legs: approx. 6 gr = 0.21 oz in beige (can be replaced with white, brown or soft apricot)
for the shoes and the bookmark border: approx. 6 gr = 0.21 oz in the color of your choice
Crochet hook EU 4.0 mm / US size G / UK size 8

and

light fingering yarn / 3ply
for the tutu: approx. 5 gr = 0.17 oz in the color of your choice
Crochet hook EU 3.0 mm / US size D / UK size 10

Note: The tutu from my bookmarks were crocheted with crochet thread / light fingering / 3 ply and crochet hook size 3.0 so that the tutu looks airy and loose.
