However, the included schematics and gauge swatches make it easy to adjust the fit to your individual needs.

Long top:

• approx. 350 g = approx. 700 m for size S
• approx. 400 g = approx. 800 m for size M
• approx. 450 g = approx. 900 m for size L
• approx. 550 g = approx. 1,100 m for size XL

Short top:

• approx. 250 g = approx. 500 m for size S
• approx. 300 g = approx. 600 m for size M
• approx. 350 g = approx. 700 m for size L
• approx. 450 g = approx. 900 m for size XL
