Crochet pattern to make this cute bear

The following stitches are used:
Single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, half double crochet, increase/decrease stitches

Finished SIZE: approx. 20 cm (7,87”)

Small bear: Ca. 50 gram washed denim grey (ca 1,7 oz) cotton sport 12 wpi Scheepjes stone washed
Knitgauce = 4 x 4 inch: 24 x 32, crochet-needle 3 mm
Some washed denim yellow
Some off-white
Some embroidery yarn to make de nose
Bigger bear: ca. 50 gram / 1,75 oz Lettlopi, crochet needle 3,5 mm
Or choose any yarn with a needle that fits your yarn, preferably a thinner needle as suggested, so your work doesn't get too loose
2 black safety eyes size 2 or 3 mm
Stitch marker, you can also use an opposite color thread
