For example you can have a dragon tail like shown above or an asymmetrical triangle shawl (picture further into the pattern). You can also work the whole shawl in just one pattern without changing. That way you can have as many possible combinations for the finished shawl. The instructions are for a dragon tail, if you would like the triangle just ignore the decrease and crochet till the end of the row.

Pretty and different

It's so nice to come across a different type of shawl pattern. This looks good in so many different types of yarn. I love that you can make it as long as you like to account for different weights of yarn. It always looks stunning when I make one.
