Victorian style cuffs "Phoebe"

Pattern for some warm Victorian style cuffs. They surround the wrist and continue over the back of the hand. Finally they are protected from slipping down by a small loop around the middle finger.

They will fit for a wrist circumference of approx. 6” - 7” (16 - 18 cm) resp. for a forearm circumference of 7 ½” - 8 ½” (19 - 21 cm).
