Are you a fan of heavy metal or rock music? Looking for something personal and unique for your bathroom? With these instructions for knitting a guest towel with a metal hand motif, you can easily create one. Whether you're making it as a gift or for yourself, this towel is sure to turn heads.
Here's what you can expect:
• Simple instructions, explained step by step, so even beginners can enjoy them.
• A metal hand motif for a unique bathroom atmosphere.
• Practical and beautiful: a guest towel that looks good and fits perfectly in any bathroom.
This download includes an 8-page PDF file with detailed instructions in German and English (American terminology). In addition to the graphic representation, it contains knitting instructions for the motif (e.g., row 1: k1, p5; row 2: p3, k3). The files are for personal use only.
If you have any questions about the instructions or need assistance, please send us an email.
Basic knitting skills, such as casting on, knitting stitches, purling stitches, and binding off, are required.
Difficulty level: Easy (for beginners).
This guest towel is suitable for beginners because it only uses knit and purl stitches. The knitting pattern describes each row individually (e.g., row 1: k1, p5; row 2: p3, k3).
If you wish, you can crochet around the towel at the end with single crochet stitches to create a neat edge. However, you will need to have the relevant skills to do so. The instructions only include the description for the knitted piece.
The finished guest towel measures approximately 43 cm x 30 cm.
This guest towel was knitted using Hobbii Rainbow Deluxe yarn (100% cotton; 170 m per 50 g). About 1.5 balls of yarn were needed for this project. However, any other type of yarn will work as well. The amount needed may vary depending on the yarn's length and weight.
You will also need knitting needles suitable for the yarn's thickness. If you want a crocheted border, you will also need a suitable crochet hook.
If you found my instructions helpful, I would appreciate a positive review.
Is there anything you don't understand, or do you have any suggestions for improvement? Please let me know, as this is the only way I can improve them.
