The star Io is ideal for the Christmas season, allowing you to quickly crochet a beautiful little decoration. Perfect for using up leftover yarn, quick to crochet, and a real eye-catcher!

Size Information

The star on the cover picture has the following dimensions: 30 cm diameter

The star can be crocheted in any size. Please note that if you use a different wool, a different needle size or generally crochet looser/tighter, the size may vary.

Materials List

The following material and tools are required:

  • Crochet hook 3,0-4,0 mm (depending on the used yarn)
  • Scissors
  • Sewing needle to sew up the loose ends
  • metal star (30 cm diameter)
  • LED string lights (min. 1 m, longer if you want to hide the on/off switch)

The following wool was used:

  • wool scraps, 50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic, 4-thread wool (corresponds to sport fingering yarn weight), ca. 80-100 m
  • Gündl Glitter print, 25 g per 110 m,
    90,5% viscose, 9,5% polyester
    (metallized yarn), color 04 (silver), 80-100 m

You may sell items made with this pattern as long as you made them yourself and credit me as the designer of the pattern. You may not sell, redistribute or publish the pattern (not even parts of them). You are not allowed to modify the pattern and sell them as your own instructions.

Tolles Tuch
Die Anleitung ist wie immer ausführlich und gut geschrieben. Auch die Häkelschrift wieder 1 a. Lässt sich gut und leicht häkeln. Das Tuch ist im Endeffekt ein Traum.

Gute Anleitung
Das Tuch ist relativ leicht nachzuarbeiten. Ich habe das Garn Garninspirationen and more by Bianka (Facebook Gruppe) 4-fädiger Bobbel (50% Baumwolle, 50% Polyacryl) 1300 m Lauflänge (der gesamte Bobbel wurde verwendet) Farbe: Alaska Malibu verwendet. Es hat mir nicht ganz gereicht, so dass ich noch ein anderes dazu verwenden musste.

Sehr hübsch!
Der Schal ist wirklich sehr hübsch geworden. Ich hatte ein paar Startschwierigkeiten (aber die habe ich eigentlich immer), aber sobald ich den Bogen einmal raushatte, ging es sehr zügig von der Hand. Diesen Schal werde ich bestimmt noch einmal häkeln, aber mit einem anderen Garn (hatte jetzt cotton/acryl). Die Anleitung war wie immer hervorragend! Vielen Dank xx
