Crocheting these lanterns is relatively simple and is therefore also suitable for experienced beginners.
Basic knowledge in crocheting (crocheting in rounds, single/half/double, treble crochet, increases and decreases) is required.

This crochet pattern is provided as a PDF file and comprises 17 pages with numerous photos that describe and illustrate each step in detail.

A finished lantern is 15 cm wide (widest point) and approx. 20 cm high (depending on the attachment: star or tassel).

Required materials:
crochet hook 3 mm,
Cotton yarn (sports/fine) in different colors,
metal rings diameter - one each in 10 + 15 cm,
polyfill,
darning needle
optional: wire fairy lights, solar tea lights, battery-driven tea light etc.
optional: wooden beads, beads
