The pattern describes two sizes, but can easily be adjusted to fit the size (height) you need.

With 4.0 mm hook and DK yarn the big bag gets to be 40 x 33 cm (height x width) tall and the small bag 30 x 33 cm.

2 toggle buttons, about 4 cm long
DK yarn:
135 g main-color (bag’s bottom and top, handles, flap, inner bag)
75 g per stripe (for the big bag’s thicker stripes; it’s less for the small bag’s thinner stripes)
