Little Gnome "Glitter ball" - crochet pattern

Product description

"What, Christmas already?" these two Christmas gnomes seem to wonder. Christmas is supposed to be a joy for everyone, and these two gnomes with their special glitter ball hats are very impressive.

If you want Christmas to start quietly and gently, you can start crocheting these Santas. At least, this crochet calms me and I am always very happy when I succeed in a workpiece. With this crochet tutorial you can get in the mood for Christmas and decorate your living room. Surely you will delight your family and friends.

Skills Required / What You'll Receive

When creating the instructions, I paid special attention to the fact that the individual steps are described very precisely. Because I have also made many photos, you should succeed in the reworking without major difficulty. In total, the tutorial is 10 pages long with many colorful pictures. If you still have a question, then you can always write me a message, I'm happy to help.

If you already know how to crochet well, you should have no problems and be able to make your little Christmas gnome with the glitter ball relatively quickly. The sewing of the individual parts is very simple and described in detail.

As you can see, the two Christmas gnomes have different beards. It is written very precisely in the instructions, how you can easily rework them.
But now about the stitches and techniques that you should master:
slst = slip stitch
chst = chain stitch
sc = single crochet
bpsc = back post single crochet
fpsc = front post single crochet
tchst = turning chain stitch
st = stitch
rev sc = reverse single crochet
inc = increase (for this pattern, the technique „invisible increase“ is used; in general, you crochet 2 sc into 1 stitch)
dec = decrease (for this pattern, the technique „invisible decrease“ is used, in general you crochet 2 sc together)
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet

Size Information

So, if you crochet the gnome with the wool and crochet hook size I described, then he will be about 15 cm tall. I crochet rather compact - but if you crochet looser, he will be bigger and wider. If you crochet tighter than me, he will be smaller and narrower.
The diameter at the body is about 8 cm, when I measure from hand to hand, my tape measure shows about 14 cm.

Materials List

For crochet you don't even need many materials. I like to work with polyacrylic wool, but you can use any other wool. But make sure that the given size refers to the wool thickness I used. If your wool is thicker or thinner, the size of the gnome will change.

Tool:
crochet hook 2,5 mm
pointed embroidery needle
scissors

Elisa Easy, 100 % Polyacryl,50 g, 125 m (Red, White, Grey, Yellow, Green)

Tolle Anleitung.
