Sewing Pattern & Instructions: Reindeer Ruben

Who’s that without a red nose but a black one instead? Even though Ruben doesn’t have a glowing nose, he’d love to help pull the sleigh this Christmas… although he’s definitely not opposed to a few cuddles.

With this pattern you can sew your own reindeer—perfect as a Christmas gift, festive décor, or simply as a soft companion to love and snuggle.

The download includes a 3-page pattern that prints on standard A4 paper, plus a 17-page step-by-step sewing tutorial. The tutorial explains every step in detail and is illustrated with a total of 80 photos.

This pattern is specifically intended for advanced sewists: there are many tight curves, at times several fabric layers to sew through, and the recommended fabric (minky fleece) tends to shift, which makes sewing more challenging.

Sewing is done exclusively with a straight stitch, which also makes the pattern suitable for hand sewing.

Sharing with third parties or commercial use of the pattern is not permitted.

Materials: Minky fleece (approx. 50 × 50 cm each in brown and beige), fiberfill, 9 mm safety eyes, embroidery thread, and fabric scraps for the nose/scarf.
