Como puedo descargar los patrones en español ., le selecciono idioma pero se descargan en ingles

Porque no puedo descargar los patrones libres?se descarga pero dice fichero invalido

Am having trouble with the ears for the elephant. Are they attached to the body with the first or last rows & are they meant to curl up?. Also is the head oversized compared to the body? I love the look but having a few problems. Thank you.
