    I purchased this pattern in July, but I can no longer access it. There is no option to download it. Can you make it available to me again, please?

      Hi. The pattern is still avaiable and can be downloaded. You should find it in your account under "downloads".
      If there is a technical problem with the download, you have to write to the crazypatterns customer service.

    Bei mir ist es am Anfang wie eine Art Schalkragen, also der Rand am Hals steht etwas ab. Wird sich das legen wenn ich die Ärmel abschließe? Oder muss ich das nochmal aufmachen?
