Anahata Chakra (Heart - Chakra, unstruck) is located in the middle of your chest in height of your heart. It's situated exactly in the middle of the seven main - chakras and builds the bridge between the lower and upper chakras. The element of Heart Chakra is the air and it symbolizes universal love and healing. The functions of Anahata chakra are: love, trust, devotion, pain, sorrow, forgiveness and karma.
