Crochet Pattern Table wreath autumn

Now it gets dark earlier in the evenings again. And if you like cosy evenings by candlelight, I have just the thing for you: a cute autumn table wreath that spreads a cosy atmosphere with its tea lights. What's more, with its autumnal colours and cute hazelnuts, it's an absolute feast for the eyes.

I have crocheted the table wreath with the yarn Must-Have by Yarn and Colors Sport (12 wpi)/1,76 oz=138yds. Alternatively you can use any other yarn.
BUT:
Depending on the yarn weight and hook size the size of the cloverleaves may vary.
