Help: selling question

I am in the UK, and i want to ask, does the site collect and remit digital download VAT, and also, what are the fees to sell on here?

If you want to sell patterns, please take a look at the link,  it will lead you to the uploading and selling progress.
The VAT will be discharged directly by CrazyPatterns.
You will receive 70% of the gross sales price. The withheld tax is deducted therefrom.
