Easy sewing pattern and tutorial for bandana / scarf / kerchief with a visor / brim. Sew your kerchief from lightweight and soft fabric, and visor from jeans fabric. Kerchief will be large enough to cover your head comfortably.

This kerchief is great for hair loss from cancer and chemotherapy. Rich size kerchief ties in back for a great fit, so you can wear kerchief with or without hair.

20 1/2 inches (52 cm ) size;
20 7/8 inches (53 cm) size;
21 1/4 inches (54 cm) size;

How to measure your head circumference:

Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ear, completely circling your head.

All patterns can be printed on both US Letter size paper and A4 size paper.

US Letter size paper: 8.5 x 11.0 inches (21,6 x 27,9 cm);
A4 size paper: 8.3 x 11.7 inches (21,0 x 29,7 cm)

To sew kerchief with visor you need:

2 yards (2 meters) of 58 – 60 inches (1,5 meter) wide soft, thin and lightweight cotton shirting fabric for your kerchief, suitable for small to large size kerchief.

Scrap of cotton jeans fabric for the visor. Scrap size is 35 1/2 inches x 14 inches (90 cm x 35 cm). This scrap size is suitable for small to large size visors.

Scrap of fusible interfacing (woven or nonwoven) for the visor. Scrap size is 16 inches x 6 inches (41 cm x 15 cm). This scrap size is suitable for small to large size visors.
