Sewing pattern and tutorial for sun head visor with adjustable hook and loop tape closure. Visor with wide brim and great fit protects you from sun's rays and stays on in the wind.

Please Note, you do not need a color printer to print sewing patterns, because all lines and marks of patterns are in black color.

Visor tutorial with color photos, and sewing pattern includes 3 sizes (S, M, L). Size chart is:

S size fits head circumferences 20 1/2 – 21 5/8 inches (52 – 55 cm); M size fits head circumferences 22 – 23 1/4 inches (56 – 59 cm); L size fits head circumferences 23 5/8 – 24 7/8 inches (60 – 63 cm)

How to measure head circumference:

You need to measure your head exactly where your visor will sit. Place the string or tape measure around your head about 1/4 inches (0,5 cm) above your ear, completely circling your head.

All patterns with seam allowances.

All patterns can be printed on both US Letter size paper and A4 size paper.

US Letter size paper: 8.5 x 11.0 inches (21,6 x 27,9 cm); A4 size paper: 8.3 x 11.7 inches (21,0 x 29,7 cm)

All measurements in patterns and tutorial are in both inches ('') and centimeters (cm).

To sew visor you need:

• A scrap of the soft flannel fabric: 31 1/2 x 17 3/4 inches (80 x 45 cm). - A scrap of the cotton denim fabric: 31 1/2 x 33 inches (80 x 84 cm). - A hook and loop tape: 4 x 3/4 inches (10 x 2 cm). - A scrap of the non woven fusible interfacing (one side with glue and looks like a sheet of the paper): 31 1/2 x 33 inches (80 x 84 cm).

Please Note, These scraps sizes and hook and loop tape size are suitable for small to large size visors.
